Is MPLS Dead?
Technologies have come and gone throught the last 100 years, even ones
that are reliable, and widely used. Has Multiprotocol Label Switching
(MPLS) reached that point?

The Evolution of Network Acceleration Technology
=This article is a discussion of
the evolution of network acceleration technology. The article looks at
the changes in the network acceleration industry from AT&T’s release
of the first commercial modem in 1960 to today’s wide area networks
(WANs), that are expected to carry an unprecedented amount of multimedia
data with ease and finesse.

How Cloud-Based WAN Acceleration Became the New Normal
WAN acceleration technology has been widely used for years to accelerate
traffic across wide area networks. These accelerators use local caches
to improve data access and performance. Though WAN acceleration has been
available for years, it’s time for it to evolve. Today’s cloud-based
applications coupled with a mobile workforce demand performance
improvements. At the same time, virtualization requires additional
bandwidth.

How Disruptive Technology is Transforming the WAN Optimization Market
Its always really interesting to read about disruptive technologies and how they affect the status quo, this article really goes into how the WAN optimization market is changing as a result
MPLS vs Alternative Technologies
Hey everyone!
Check out this article I wrote recently, I discuss MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) and how it stacks up against similar technology.
